How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow your delivery straight to your doorstep from there.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery takes around 3–5 working days. We aim to send all orders first class where feasible but in some cases we may need to send some of our items second class.
What is the return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first and we’ll guide you through the process.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@werboniafarm.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
